Below are our basic Terms & Conditions and an absolute agreement for all our kitties/cats:

  • The kitty/cat may never be declawed.

  • The kitty/cat must be kept indoors. Living and sleeping where you do.

  • The kitty/cat must be protected and at all times safe from anything or anyone that may harm him/her.

  • The kitty/cat may not be in a household with cats that are let outdoors (due to any disease that may
    be spread from this situation).

  • The kitty/cat should be well provided for. Some examples are, by giving it lots of love and attention,
    providing he/she with premium food, clean litter boxes each day,  and immediate handling of
    medical issues and vet checked annually, if not ill.

  • If you should ever not be able to keep the kitty/cat, or decide to place the cat, you will immediately let
    us know of the situation and we have the first right to refuse the new home and to take the kitty/cat
    back.
